A while back I did research on the upcoming trends, and just to give you a little sneak peek into the coolest wedding trends of 2020, neon and bold colors will be a rising trend. Trust me on that! I wanted to properly end the wedding season of 2019 and to do that, I brought back one of my dearest photoshoots of 2019 and created another palette for you – pink and black wedding color palette. As we all know, wedding palettes can be challenging, especially when you are trying to showcase your favorite colors and combine them the perfect way.
You are possibly well informed about this, but the world’s worst kept secret is that black is my favorite color. And when you add the focus on the feminist color–pink, you get the best combination of a trendy and modern wedding theme. ‘Love is Intoxicating’ is a strong example of a hot pink and black wedding color palette. Choosing a black color for your wedding can be a hard selection and people can totally get the wrong impression from the dark theme. I wrote a lot about this in my business branding inspired ‘Moody and Modern Photoshoot’, you should check it out.
Did you know that each color you choose for your wedding has a meaning behind it? To begin with, let’s focus on the dramatic colors in this palette, whose inspiration comes from celebrating the euphoria from finding rare and wondrous love.
‘Love is Intoxicating’
Hot Pink and Black Wedding Color Palette
Hot Pink – symbolizes grace, gentleness, and joy. When paired with dark colors, it brings the feminist side of your event, but still keeps that glorious and moody touch to it.
Black – as I like to call it ‘color for brave brides’, is a conservative color that goes with almost any color and all year round. It’s sexy and sophisticated, modern and elegant.
Cherry Red – is for all the passionate and strong lovers. As a color of love, red denotes purity, joy and luxury celebration.
White – to make your wedding event more bright you have to add white. Being the traditional color for wedding dresses, white symbolizes purity, cleanliness, and innocence.
