The term Moody Photography means so much to me and I can write at least three hundred pages about it. You ask why? – Because that’s the reason I fell in love with my job in the first place. For me, moody photography brings intense emotions, and that doesn’t mean the photo needs to be filled with dark and gloomy feelings, on the contrary, it can bring so much love, sexiness, and happiness.
Brides tend to shy away from using black in a color scheme because it is so dark. Sometimes people can totally get the wrong image from the dark theme, but with adding the right complementary colors, and touches you will end up with the perfect color palette for your wedding.
Therefore, I want to show you a little inspiration, with black as one of the colors for this styled wedding. That is why, today in this blog post, I am sharing with you one of my favorite shoots, styled after my photography business branding. The modern, mature bride inspired this moody blue and gold geometric wedding shoot. And the main goal is to show you that–“what makes you imperfect to the rest of the world can be what your true love finds most appealing… and to embrace it, and own it as yourself.”
